we liked this place. the hotel was immaculately clean, the staff was very amiable. it was a convenient and excellent location not far from nearby eateries as well as all stores on veterans blvd. the food was outstanding, had lots of options.

Great location, close to local attractions.
I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not ready upon check-in, forcing us to wait without any explanation. When we finally got in, the shower was dirty, unacceptable for a hotel experience. The lack of cleanliness and communication.

The room was new-fashioned and equipped with a 32 '' LG HDTV and WiFi and decent bed. Magnificent location and helpful and excellent staff were a definite plus. A shopping mall and all stores were right next door.

The room was neat with television, a microwave oven and a fridge.
Nice building and rooms with a 32 "lg hdtv functioning perfectly. Location so close to Del Rio and restaurants and the shopping center. Also, close to everything. Totally VERY ENJOYABLE stay for a wedding.

Clean room, friendly staff, including plenty of hot water in the nice shower, made for a comfortable stay, along with free parking and easy access to local restaurants and stores.

Great value for the price
We were really surprised by hownice and neat our room was. The bathroom had everything we needed, and it was nice to have plenty of towels. Plus, pet-friendly! Only bummer was the lack of a microwave and fridge. A snack bar would've been a nice touch too.

We greatly enjoyed our stay and had a restful day overall. Our deluxe quadruple room was equipped with a perfectly functioning 32'' LG HDTV, a fridge, and a comfortable bed. the pool area was clean, and the location was excellent, conveniently close to the airport and various stores.
